Flight Safety Technologies is currently considering two military applications for its UNICORN™ technology. The first is an ultra-wide band radar version of UNICORN™ that would allow small, tactical unmanned aerial vehicles to operate in urban environments without running into telephone poles, power lines, trees and other obstacles. The second possible application for the technology is use as a missile warning system.
Flight Safety Technologies will continue to monitor the viability of each of these applications while considering them for future development.
